Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a scenic couples’ hike at Oak Mountain State Park!

Event Details

Trail Info: The hike is just over 2 miles, with an incline for most of the way up. Follow the sparse blue trail markings to reach Eagle’s Nest Overlook, offering breathtaking views. Continue along the trail to discover the “King’s Chair”, a small rock seat with an incredible cliffside panorama.

Event Time:
0700 – Arrival @ ODR facility
0730 – Departure to Oak Mountain State Park
0900 – Trailhead departure
1300 – Return to Maxwell
1500 – Arrival back at Maxwell
